Command Block Tutorial | Stop Users Cheating, Stealing your map! (1.9.4+,1.10+)
This is a quick command block tutorial on how to stop users cheating on your map, and how to stop others from stealing your hard work. (Not 100% effective, but would make it hard for them).
(This has been tested and is working in all current versions including 1.9.4, 1.10, 1.10.1, 1.10.2)
First you need to find a hidden spot inside the spawn loaded chunks, prefferbly deep underground from where your structure is.
Then create a repeating command block with the following command:
/execute @a[m=1] ~ ~ ~ /testfor @a[name=!germrage]
Replacing germrage with your username, this will allow you to continue to work on your map, while others cant!.
Then you create a second command block, conditional requiring the first command block the repeating one to be active, and insert the following:
/gamemode 2 @p
This is to set the user into the gamemode you wish them to be in!
0 = survival
1 = creative
2 = adventure
3 = spectator
