It's Super Joe in COMMANDO on the ZX Spectrum 48K. Joe's a crack soldier apparently. Based on the popular arcade coin-op from Capcom and Published by Elite Systems in 1985. Love this game. You must battle against all the odds to defeat the advancing rebel forces. I know, I know, that old story.
