Commandos 2 HD Remaster vs Original - Quick Comparison
96Today the HD Remaster of Commandos 2 has been released. Commandos 2: Men of Courage was originally published in 2001 and was considered as one of the best real-time tactics games of the time. Like its predecessor you play with a few Allied special forces with different abilites in World War II and have to accomplish certain mission objectives. Great game, nice remaster, but still bad controls...
I played both games on the same computer with max settings, for the remaster in 1080p, for the original in 1024x768 resolution. The latter was the highest native resolution, although there may be unofficial patches or ini settings that allow to play in higher resolution, but the higher the resolution in the original game the smaller the items and characters.
