First, a little Omega Race on the Vic-20!!! Always a great addictive game, it was...it is!

Two Vic-20's, but with very different video output levels and I want to know why and what it is I might do to correct the issue(s)! My intention is swap out the VIC chips and see if makes a difference...onward with the experiments!
