Patch #10 has dropped today and with it marks the beginning of Darktide's first community event! This patch sees 2 new missions coming in as well as a new Monster - the Chaos Spawn, for Rejects to deal with now.

The bulk of the patch comes in the form of the introduction of the Commissary - a new shop that allows players to purchase recolours of their Penance Cosmetics with Dockets.

Unfortunately, there is essentially no balance changes to the game with this patch and we'll probably have to wait for the next Comms Link to find out what the future holds for Darktide.

Overall, this patch is pretty underwhelming content wise since we've essentially got nothing to shake up the state of the game. I'm hoping there'll be more to come before the big summer holidays!
