If you haven't played custom maps before, start with Underdark Overbright. If you want something flashy, play Dwell or Arcane Dimensions. If you want a challenge, play SMEJ: Realm of the Lost and SMEJ2: Torrent of Impurities. Always make sure you're playing the newest version of whatever you choose.
