Using mods such as SweetFX, or EDFX is fine. Elite is already a beautiful game, so all screenshots both with and without those mods stand an equally valid chance of being voted a winner by the community.

+Moony Moonbear Whats stopping people stealing images? Same thing that stops people cheating when sending photos into any magazine or newspaper, or stealing screenshots in any other competition that has ever been created. They all suffer from that same problem.

By all means feel free to place a link in Twitter, I am just letting you know there is a chance it may get missed.

You can enter both categories, and make more than one entry per category. So long as it isn't a stupid number (2, or 3 is fine 10, 20 or 100 is not). So please don't go crazy and add too many or else you will find that some of your entries may get deleted (keep in mind the more images you post the more you dilute your potential votes).

Screenshots colour enhanced with Photoshop are again acceptable, and as mentioned regarding the mods, Elite is already a beautiful game so all screenshots stand an equal chance of winning the community vote. No cheating on images though (i.e. images with pure photo manipulation such as cloning, and image alteration etc.), it is likely the community will know, and such images will be deleted.
