RBI(Reserve Bank of India)has introduced Reserve Bank-Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021 to hear complaints against banks,Non Banking Financial Corporations(NBFCs),Co-operative banks and digital payments operators.Complaints against banks May be filed through online portal,email and also in physical copy to Centralised Processing Centre.Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006,Ombudsman Scheme for NBFC 2018 and Ombudsman Scheme for digital transaction has been repealed and integrated in RBI integrated ombudsman scheme 2021.
