If there was any question to how zoned I get playing Mutsunari it's probably the bit where I completely forgot I even fought a boss, because he just didn't really register as one. Playing Mitsunari often just ends up being this sort of Zen flow state thing for me where I don't really have to think and sort of just play the game on autopilot, letting my muscle memory take over. The only time I really have to pay attention is when something goes wrong. So yeah. I completely forgot I fought a boss within mere minutes of having fought him. Oops.
