I actually had to exchange my computer, then, It still wouldn't work. We took it in again and it worked fine for them. I brought it back home and it still wouldn't work for me. Then I figured it out,. I unplugged everything from the USB ports and it started up. And the mouse doesn't work in the back USB ports, so I have to plug it into the front, which is really annoying, but at least it works.
