After finally fighting our way through the Swamp, we reach Ellay which seems to have a gang problem. There is also talk of a mysterious cloud. We check out some of the sights including a Watch Tower, a Laboratory, and even put on a Rock Show, before meeting the leader of the gang, who seems pretty pushy.
