Concept: Smart Ping Improvement

Ping improvement concept for Danger, On My Way and Assist Me.
The circle and arrow thing would appear if your screen is in a certain range of the ping. It would also move around the edge when you move your screen.
Enemy Missing not included because I wasn't too sure how it could be improved. I didn't think adding the circle and arrow would be good, since the ping wouldn't usually be close to your screen. Having it point to something far ie. from mid to bot, would seem strange. (had laning phase in mind).
