Welcome to the first episode in my Fallout 4 Mini Build series!

I am scouring the length and breadth of the Commonwealth to find the perfect places to construct new player homes.

In this episode, I put together an apartment on top of the workhouse in Concord - having cleared out the city's raiders and Deathclaw of course!
