Confused Bitores Mendez - Resident Evil 4
3During the 2nd part of the Bitores Mendez fight, Mendez can start to act a bit funny in 2 ways. Stand right next to the beam near the TMP ammo on the right & wait for Mendez to drop down nearby. He will sometimes get stuck in a loop where he keeps changing the direction he's facing.
The 2nd way he can act funny is (while you're standing near the before mentioned beam) he will move toward you. There are 2 positions he can get in: close & super close. Super close is when he's right on top of you & his gooey spine is rubbing against your cheek. You don't want him super close so run up the ladder & back over to the beam to reset him (knocking him down to the ground also works). The real golden opportunity is when he's only close to you then he will try to hit you, but humorously he can't reach (for the most part anyway; see end of video).
