Miasmata by IonFX. I spotted this little game on Steam from Greenlight, it feels like a loose cross between Dear Esther and DayZ! Whhaaaa? Anyway I decided to record my playthrough and give you guys an example of gameplay, with an insight / tutorial on how the game seems to work and what you can do.
