336Welcome to Congo, a game that throws you into the Congo jungle and utilizes survival gameplay along with co-op to create an absolutely fantastic experience! While in this Congo, Demons will constantly be on the hunt for you, and its your responsibility to fend them off, whether that be alone or in a team of up to 4 players. Run through the jungle, Fear the Demons lurking in the Dark, and do everything in your power to survive and even escape this place known as the Congo. In Part 1 of Congo, we are thrown into this strange place we assume to be the Congo as we are forced to survive and even attempt to escape! What is Congo?
Congo is a top-down, co-op survival game set in the dark jungles of the Congo. It is infested with light-fearing demons that will instill fear into even the most battle-hardened militia. You and your team must venture into the deepest areas of the jungle and scavenge for weapons, supplies and fuel to help maintain the village lights and provide a safe area from the demons. There are also various objectives in the jungle that you and your team must secure to receive bonuses - prolonging your survival.
You can play Congo on your own or in a team of up to 4 players - teamwork is key. You can use numerous items, weapons and equipment to help fight off the demons. The demons are terrified of bright light, and you must take advantage of this by controlling paths and areas with light either from stationary objects such as flood lights or with handheld equipment and items strapped to the front of your weapon.
Swarms of demons will form in the jungles waiting to find your weak spot. You can spook them away with your flashlights but always cover your back!
Stuck deep in the Congo jungle, you and your teammates are hunted by packs of demons lurking in the darkest areas. Light is your friend in this hostile environment. Scavenge equipment and utilize good teamwork to secure your route of escape in this top-down co-op horror game.
