After almost a year I finally have a solution to the first part of this trick on Xbox. Hitting the machine, sliding into the position and doing a CB input at a precise angle are all key to the clip. Wave cycles were previously thought to be responsible for letting him float under the barrier but it may be more complex. I think the positioning is key. I will continue labbing this when I have spare time.
