Symptoms#1 : no boot, black screen

Fix : - Fitted a missing 3.58MHz oscillator @11D (it provides clock to the YM2151).

-Replaced the program ROM @18A with the correct one (the sound ROM was wrongly installed instead of it).

-Replaced a cracked '007593' palette custom IC @1F with a Caius reproduction
