First, I would say the game with Ray Tracing Ultra makes the game so atrractive. The environment in game is extremely realistic in this mode. However, it consumes a lot of graphics processing power too. When tweaking everything max with Ray Tracing Ultra in 4K, the game could run only at around 20 FPS. I could barely play the game, but still as Gsync helped this out.

In the middle of the game, I turned DLSS on to help boost FPS. It worked. FPS went up to 40 FPS making the game smoother and more playable. In DLSS, the render resolution will be locked at the maximum of 2560*1440, so the visuals of the game will be a bit blurrer, but acceptable. I recommend leaving DLSS on as it helps you a lot in FPS, while the visuals are not too ugly to accept.

At the end of the video, I used render resolution at 1920*1080 to see how many FPS the game could boost. The FPS ran around 60 FPS making the best responsiveness of the game. However, at this Full HD render, the game became even blurrer than 2K, lots of details lost, but still acceptable.
Personally, I would stick with DLSS on with render resolution at 2560*1440 to get the exact balance between the visuals and performances. Those who prefer smoothness over resolution can go 1920*1080.
