1.- Update Primary Bot: Users can now change the primary bot with ease. When a new primary bot is assigned, it will take over handling contacts previously managed by the earlier primary bot. The old primary bot will be unassigned and no longer designated as the primary bot.
2.- Suggestive Mode for All Bots: Previously, only the primary bot could operate in suggestive mode. Now, all bots can be configured to use suggestive mode. If a contact’s assigned bot is in suggestive mode, that bot will be used to generate message suggestions in the composer.
3.- Bot Creation Templates: Creating a new bot is now simpler with pre-defined templates. Users can choose between a General Support Bot, Appointment Booking Bot or a start from scratch, and the appropriate prompt will be auto-populated for the selected bot type.
4.- Primary Bot Deletion: The primary bot can no longer be deleted. This ensures that there is always a default bot available to reply to contacts, maintaining uninterrupted service. To delete a certain bot which is primary, you need to set another bot as primary first.
