Good morning/afternoon/evening, viewers.

The release of Cookiemals in this game on 27th January 2021, marked something of a history within this game itself. Because for the very first time, we can play as three cookies in a single run. And unlike Chess Choco Cookie, the way that Cookiemals works, is to have a cookie running until the meter bar is full, do that specific skill, and switched into another cookie in line.

I guess Devsisters decided to use one single health bar for the same three cookies, simply for game balance reasons. Otherwise, these cookies will become the most broken thing ever to be introduced within the game.
