Crêpe Recipe | Makes 15
4 Eggs
1/2 Liters of Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
pinch of salt
50g Butter
250g White Flour

Crack eggs into a big bowl and mix.
Add milk, mix.
Add sugar, mix.
Add salt, mix
Melt the butter, add in and mix.
Add the flour and mix in until it is completely smooth.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Turn on stove and get a small pan.
Put some butter in the pan and add a small amount of batter.
Flip crepe.
(Crepes are supposed to be very thin, so you only need a thin layer of batter on the pan)

Fillings:
Put jam, sugar, maple syrup, or Nutella inside the crepe and roll it up! Enjoy!
