On an unrelated note, my views and thoughts on 240mm AIOs has changed a lot since this was published. The improvements to tower coolers, the Scythe Mugan 5 and Fuma 3 as examples, have rendered 240mm AIOs rather pointless from a cooling point of view. However, if you like the look of them, the cleaner build with nothing in the way of your motherboard, they are perfectly fine.
Are even 360mm AIOs needed? Not really, I have a Noctua NH-D15 installed on my wife's R9 7950X3D and on our i9-13900K test PC, both run fine under full load using tower cooling.
Having said all that, since this was filmed you have been able to buy 240mm AIOs for pretty cheap, often $50 or so during sales. For $50, it's a higher end look for a cheapish price.
