I am using the Real life 1.0 SweetFX preset. It removes the yellowish tint and brightens the screen. You can download the preset from here (sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/5419/)

I also made it so that the speedometer uses kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour. I am European after all :)
