Low fps but stable, playable.

I had a problem, Windows would park half of the cores, while gaming and using 100%, about 15 seconds from starting with temperatures about 70 C....
The solution I found was this:
In advanced power settings for the balanced profile/processor power management, set system cooling policy to Passive when plugged.
