160This video illustrates how and where to acquire the Battle Reader.
The Battle Reader allows the player to check the Potential of any Coromon on the moment of encounter. This allows the player to discern whether they are interested in the Coromon or not without having to capture it first and then use the potential reader.
It allows to save a lot of time during long Perfect Coromon hunts, and it speed ups the process.
In order to reach the location of the Battle Reader, the Surf Board is required.
To acquire the surf board, the player has to first defeat the 3rd titan, Sart.
Then, proceed to win the Mirror Challenge at the Lux Solis Campus.
Afterwards, Rigel will give the player the Surf Board, at the R&D Lab in Radiant Park.
