Approach Summary :
This C++ solution counts the number of substrings in a given string s that contain a specified character c. It iterates through each character in the string, incrementing a counter (count) whenever it encounters the specified character. For each occurrence of c, it adds the current count value plus one to the substrings variable. Finally, it returns the total count of substrings containing c. This approach utilizes a single loop to efficiently count the substrings.
