If you can play Battlefield 3 and its fluently good even on bad network, then CS:GO would be total opposite.

Since Battlefield 3 runs at steady 64kbps minimum, CS:GO in other hand, is around 500-612kbps network usage per sec, which means... its not possible to play this game on bad network.
