Installation (thanks "LetMikePlay"!):

Go to Steam/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike: Source/custom/ and make a new folder there, then extract all "Realism Pack" files to it. And before launching the game, right-click "CSS" on Steam and on the pop-up tab, select the tab with "commands-at-launch" (or something like that) and in the bar type in: sv_pure 1.
