The nostalgia will hit hard for many veterans of Zombie Escape, especially those coming from Source or GO where this map has had its origins. As basic and true to the name as it can get, you basically escape the zombies on top of rooftops, through a semi-specific layed-out route.

You will sometimes need to climb back up crates if you fell down the bus station, though the ones close to the roofs of the bus stops are non-solid and thus can't be used to climb back up. If you're quick enough you can do so with the ones further down the alley, but you're going to need a lot of luck.

Contrary to the original design of the map, there is a bossfight after the escape, which you have to beat to get to the final hold to win after a long hold.

An amazing remake for CS1.6 and truly a must-have done map.

GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape

Zombie Escape is a Source Mod that runs in CS, CS:S and CS:GO. The goal is to escape as a team (CT's) from the infected (T) that get randomly chosen each round. During the escaping attempt, random and fixed events may happen that reward special items to aid in pushing back the zombies. If the team succeeds in surviving, they win and the zombies are slayed.

If the opposite is true, all humans will become infected and all hope is lost! Make sure to bring good teamwork to the table as you'll need it to overcome some of the harder challenges such as boss battles and giant zombie hordes.
