The key here is to be able to tank there attacks while dishing out big counters back. If you have Machina FR you can cancel a lot of there effects, but if you don't you'll be relying on these counters.

Gladio negates essentially all damage and drops a debuff to somewhat lower the enemies defenses. He also provides te counter of course.

Machina provides up to two counters, Sprials Lynchpin and also his usual Counter will go off when they use there ALL attack.

Beatrix is great here, use Garnet call to enchant the party with Thunder, her Rose Petal attacks all ignore defense so will deal max damage, and her FR is built on off turn damage. You can't lose.
