These next 5 stages are pretty much impossible to do on auto unfortunately.
You will also require a couple niche units (Gabriel and Sanae) but you can get by without Sanae and just using another DPS for the most part.
Gabriel is kind of a necessity here though. Although if you played this first season of Danger Close you probably already built him if you owned him. He was a core unit for Solli.
The reason for this stage and Solli is the same; they are siege units and siege units only stop for tower units. Gabriel is the only tower unit that can actually survive a number of attacks (due to his siege dmg reduction on passive skill)
Saying that, the strategy for this set of challenges is to deploy Gabriel just outside of the ship range and then wait for the boss to move close until you can forward deploy units behind it (DO NOT DEPLOY ON THE BOSS). This may take a couple of tries as Rhino can crit your characters for upwards of 100k damage i.e. one shot so be ready to redeploy Gabriel when necessary.
