If you don't plan on taking any debuffs and simply just want to clear this then swap out Lin Xien for anybody else really.
She's only ran here due to the deployment debuff.
If you don't have Sword Fighter then can put somebody like Kim Sobin or Jane Doe in here - really any good dps but being a striker helps.

I feel that this boss doesn't really make a difference if you do no debuffs or a small amout like I did, you'll end up killing it around the same time anyway so experiment with the debuffs a little and it could actually help rather than make it harder.

Forgot to show but the debuffs I took in this run were:

Awakened -40% stats
Deployment gain -30%
Skill haste -10%
