Been busy so had this video sitting for a while.
There's a bunch of team comps you can use to get past this challenge pretty easily along with a number of ships.
A.Hilde works pretty well here for example, she can clear all the mines herself and take no damage.
I've found using Lake Superior to be easily the best ship though as it lets your frontline soak damage easily and you can group up all the enemies. If your damage is a little less than mine you should make sure to just wait until enemy Xiao is deployed and then cast Lake S2. That way you can kill her instantly.
There are definitely improvements you can make to this team to be faster but i'm lazy and this is consistent which is the main thing you want.
