A bunch of my guildmates have been doing somewhat low damage to the Guild Boss for the last month. This should help.
1. Deploy Mone, Mason, Xien, and three healers. Immediately. The healers are all using the free T3 cdr gear; it's around 50% cdr or so.
2. ASY is sent in to protect the ship, with some partial maze aspd gear. Anyone strong enough to solo the adds over there will do. Note they must be able to hit ground and air.
3. Then send in DPS to kill things, since you won't be worried about your people dying. Xiao and Sobin are using my finest aspd gear with ee.
4. Then send in lots of buffers and debuffers.
5. Everyone not mentioned (and Mone, Xien, and Mason) are using random gear with appropriate sets.
I'm too lazy to move gear, so I could probably boost the damage even more, but this can two-shot the Level 70 worm.
