General idea here is that you want to deploy a defender frontline as Xiao will destroy any striker that's infront of her.
If you have A.Yuna you can probably just deploy her after Sera/Yumi/A.Hilde and a healer to carry the stage.

Deploy defenders + healers and use air units if you've got them geared as they can't be attacked by Xiao. Rosa, Lyudmila, ALSY, Woodpecker/Sparrow etc. Otherwise just use your normal good dps like Gaeun, Xiao, Admin Riflemen.
If you aren't confident in your tanks or their gears you can also deploy Kyle as your first dps so his shields take the hits from Xiao.
