Steve Berry checking out some Coupés or Coupes, depending on how you call it, also using some very convincing green screen effects. This is a bit from the 1998 series 40 Top Gear.

"Coupé" is based on the French verb 'couper' ("to cut") and thus indicates a car which has been "cut" or made shorter than standard. It was first applied to horse-drawn carriages for two passengers without rear-facing seats. These berlines coupés or carrosses coupés ("clipped carriages") were eventually clipped to coupés.

Nowadays it gives a nice styling to cars.
