Every character has two types of files, one for the real player: P (player), and the other for the CPU players: E (enemy). The P files for Shy Guy are misplaced and the game doesn't find them, so it crashes. but the E files are correctly placed, so technichally the CPU can play as him. Unfortunatly, unlike his standard kart, he cannot be selected even from the Debug Menu. So I made this Action Replay code which allows the first CPU player to be Shy Guy.
