One small disclaimer:
In the video, to show how to craft an item, I have shown an armour base (full strength) while in the browser (craftofexile webpage) i have shown a full dexterity base. The only differences between the two are in 2 mods, STR gives +Strength modifier & Additional Physical Damage Reduction and DEX gives +Dexterity modifier & Chance To Suppress Spell Damage on suffixes. Prefixes they correspond to the base, STR=Armour, DEX=Evasion.
If you use a base that has BOTH STR&DEX, you can roll all of those mods as well!
