Finally, I have found my Executioner in this world. After defeating him 10 times I go after the Sand Eater Worm to get my Dark Rosary Blueprint.

The Executioner was located in a dungeon in the volcano. I was actually going after the Sand Worm and was killing time but lucked into finding him.

Defeating the Executioner completed my Aim for higher goal mission and raised my level cap to 60.

I head over to fight the Sand Eater Worm and get the Dark Rosary Blueprint. I start out by getting 3 Light Rosary Blueprints but finally get the one I need.
