Craftopia - How To Find Stray Monos | Horde Day!
44Stray Monos are not difficult to find. Once you realize they spawn at 6 every day. If you haven't noticed it there is a small clock in the upper right corner to see what time of day it is when the big hand is down a stray mono will appear at designated locations. Here I see them spawn on the Island of Residence and the Island of Cove.

The Monster Hunter mission has you go after a stray mono. They appear at 6 every day in specific locations. But the real kicker is on a day ending in 7 an entire horde appears! 7 Days to Die reference maybe?
In some instances when you cause damage to a stray mono it will give you enchantment points. I don't know if they have to be a certain level for that to happen but here I did damage to the horde of 40+ level stray monos and got about 10 enchantment points.
The stray monos will run when they see you and they are quick. If you don't destroy them quickly they will bury themselves and disappear.
