8Indulgence of Anubis Scrolls allow you to spawn in a boss immediately. You can go to locations where the boss would normally spawn and if the timer hasn't gone up for them to spawn, you use the scrolls and the boss will spawn. You can also use this to farm bosses instead of waiting for them to spawn.

You can also use Sin Potions to make sure you get the best drops and legendary weapons from bosses. The Sin Potions only have a 60 timer so make sure you don't use it too quickly before you kill the boss or you will have to consume another one to get the benefits.
When using the sin potions you can get lucky and get legendary enchanted materials from lower level bosses even. Try using them on a level 2 or 3 bosses.
Indulgence of Anubis Scrolls are obtained by defeating a Dark Anubis on hell island level 5 and 6. Sin potions can be obtained from defeating a Dark Anubis on hell island level 7. The amount of scrolls or potions they drop is directly related to their level.
