Crash Bandicoot 2 100% Walkthrough: Level 01 - Turtle Woods
0This game start up right after where the first one ended. Soon after being defeated by Crash, Neo Cortex falls down from his hoveboard and lands on a mine. At there he finds a crystal and take it to study it. One year later he and his new assistant, N. Gin, discover that there more 25 crystals that together can render a big form of energy power. Without any allies to help him, Cortex has the idea to convince Crash to get the crystals for him, saying the power of crystals is needed to save the world from incoming threat. So Crash goes on a new quest, get all 25 crystals for Cortex.
Alongside the crystals, the gems from the first game returns to be collected as well. The big difference time is that we don't need to pass the level without dying anymore to get the box gems, well colored the colored gems are obtained through different ways. In "Turtle Woods" we can get the Blue Gem by reaching the ending of the level without breaking any crate. The Blue Gem opens a path for the level "Hang Eight", as well is required for a special level at the end of the game. In the video i show how to get the Blue Gem and the Clear Gem at the same run during the level.
