Other language audio is present and activates if you change the language, but text won't be affected. Did change mindlessly the language to Italian and while making this video I got surprised. But this is not what you are in for. See below.

All versions of me emulator do this. Err, final game won't do this, but I recall Gran Turismo games doing this while being emulated. Full retail games I might add. PAL versions. So I think this is emulation glitch. I refuse to think it's in-game feature, someone do this on console. (Me burned disc also did this on hardware, so go figure.)
