In order to do this you will need to play the level Bee-Having. During this level you will need to go up to any beehive that's not on the brown floor as you may end up digging through the ground instead of hitting the beehive. FInd a beehive that's on yellow ground and wait until two bee's pop out of it. As soon as the 2 bee's pop out you will want to slide and spin attack into the beehive to kill off all the bee's quickly. Doing so will earn you a life. Rinse and repeat this and you will soon make your way to 99 lives and earn the 99 Percent Perspiration Trophy.
