So yeah, this one has a few differences. In fact, there's so many, I'm not even gonna bother pointing them all out. What I can point out is that you can only access this level with a gameshark code (see the link below) and it's highly unstable. It can crash anywhere, or if you do certain things. I don't know what causes it. What I do know is that it always crashes at certain spots, like on the left path of the underground stage, as seen in the video. It also crashes if you try jumping into the second hole, which is why I don't do it. Also, try not to fall into the water, because it can be hard to get out.
