5Crash is the second mascot platformer to take on Mario toe-to-toe, and he followed in his fellow hedgehog's footsteps with what might be described as a fall from grace and a return to glory. With the N Sane Trilogy, Crash definitely got his mojo back, as it successfully recreated the same feel as the PS1 original games with a fresh new gorgeous coat of HD paint. Since it maintained the same gameplay feel, Crash 1 is still plenty of fun, but boy is it tough. If you can take some pain, it's a good time.
