*Stream Notes*
- Man, am I happy with this session. I was fairly sure H2 Oh No and Tsunami would go alright, but The Gauntlet was something else. Had a huge 7+ second gap to the Peiamu Relic there, and it also had a difficult bazooka strat. To my relief it wasn't as bad as say Jungle Rumble, and after a while of learning the rest of the level, it didn't take too long to do.
- Excuse the faff at the start. This was a 2nd attempt at streaming today since for some reason on the first attempt the bitrate decided it wasn't having it and was causing about 60% of the frames to be dropped. Thankfully a classic computer restart fixed whatever it was. This was just me making sure it was running smooth.
- For these livestreams I will have some info on the sidebars showing the Platinum Relic time along with some top-level community made goals: Master and Peiamu (aka God).
- Master Times were made by a couple of the earlier speedrunners of the game back in 2007, and are what inspired me to make/find Master Times for other games in the series. I have since beaten them all and have video proof for them. - Peiamu (God) Times were made up by @QixingClub , inspired by the God times that can be found on ctr4ever for Crash Team Racing, which are more modern, pro-level times to aim for. He was kind enough to provide them to me and allowed me to display them here. They will be included in his own spreadsheet which is currently a Work in Progress. I'm not sure if I will be able to beat all of these but I'll give it a good go! You should give his videos a watch, he's a top level speedrunner of this game and a great guy! :)
