Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex Part 7: Watery Grave
0So, after completing the Fire-Fly mission, we then head over to a rather difficult mission based in a factory that took me a while to complete its secret room. For those wondering, whenever I get to a part that took me a while to complete (Like this and the upcoming boss fight), I will be speeding up through the attempts where I died to save some time of watching me fail. I’ve been thinking of adding some kind of music (like the benny-hill song) over those sections but I don’t actually have any free/original music to add there so it’s an awkward silence during those parts (like I mentioned in the bully Walkthrough, I’m not very good at playing musical instruments but I think I might try so we don’t have these awkward pauses). Regardless of those moments, we have a boss fight to ramble on about; This one is with the Water Mask and it’s rather easy once you learn the pattern which, as you might already have guessed from the discussion of speeding sections up, took me a while. It’s very “Trial-and-Error” when it comes to this boss fight because it’s hard to determine how high to jump, the exact timing for all the jumps, how far you have to be for the attacks not to hit you (which I found out the hard way on that one). Once you understand that, it’s jump a simple couple of jumps and crouches till you win. After beating that boss, we then unlocked the next stage which is supposed to be the Fire Mask (I say supposed to be but, as I’ve mentioned a few times, the missions are rather random so I can’t call this the Fire Stage).
