Seguimos en ascenso para llegar al laboratorio de Cortex, una vez alli nos encontramos a Uka Uka en su tumba congelada y despues de liberarlo accidentalmente tendremos una batalla con el.
Aku Aku logra convencer a Uka Uka para trabajar juntos en contra de los Twin Brothers.
Una vez ya en el laboratorio vemos que las dos mascaras magicas han sido derrotadas por los twin brothers lo cual nos llevara a buscar mas cristales de poder y asi activar la maquina que nos llevara a otra dimension.
Ahora descenderemos hacia el submarino de N. Gin de una manera hilarante usando a Cortex como skies y este es uno de los niveles mas divertidos de este titulo y la musica simplemente es grandiosa......
